Positive: The apartment is in a great location, overlooking a busy pedestrian and market area, but not too noisy. It is spacious and well-equipped. Parking is available for 12 euros per night (paid in cash, on-site, to the property manager), which I recommend if you are driving to save you the trouble of having to find a spot so near the center, the parking space is tight, a smaller car fits fine, I'd be cautious about larger vehicles.
Negative: Unfortunately, they had recently re-finished the floors, and the apartment still had a very strong chemical smell and really needed to be aired out longer. We asked to move to another place for our second night, and they accommodated us (although the new place did not have the same views and was smaller than the first, it was still in a fine location).

Positive: Our flight was delayed and we arrived to Salamanca around 1:00am. Víctor waited for us and even help us. Awesome host.

Positive: Wonderful location very close to the plaza mayor. The apartment is clean and spacious. Each bedroom has its own AC. The living room has lots of windows and a little balcony. The host met us to let us in and ensure we had everything we needed. He also allowed us to enter before 4pm because the apartment was available. He was also very responsive by WhatsApp.
Negative: Nothing really but on the Friday evening we were there the club/bar music nearby went until fairly late.
